Like You Children’s Film Festival (LYCFF) is committed to creating a welcoming, safe, and family-friendly experience for everyone. We celebrate kindness, creativity, and inclusion, and we ask all participants to help us maintain that spirit.

Family Participation & Supervision

• Children should be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Our staff and volunteers are here to support families, but they are not responsible for unsupervised children.
• Parental supervision helps us ensure that everyone enjoys the festival safely and comfortably.

Our Core Principles

• Child Safety First: The well-being of children always comes first.
• Zero Tolerance: No bullying, harassment, or any form of abuse, physical, emotional, or verbal.
• Respect & Inclusion: Everyone is treated with kindness, dignity, and fairness.
• Accountability: We all share responsibility for keeping the festival positive and safe.

Behavior Expectations

• • Treat others with respect and care.
  • Use positive and age-appropriate language and behavior.
  • Avoid any conduct that could make someone feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
  • Harassment or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
  • Anyone asked to stop inappropriate behavior must comply immediately.
  • Festival organizers may remove individuals who engage in unsafe or disrespectful behavior. Refunds will not be offered to anyone removed from the event.
